Not only a heavy traffic, it's stuck! Don't go to Puncak at this very hour! It's Oct 3, 2008, at 10.28 AM. Just don't go here! The traffic is stuck since the Jagorawi Toll exit Gate..
Apparently, the police are closing the traffic from Jakarta to Bandung for several hours. And around 11 am, they open it, and in versa, they're closing the traffic from Bandung to Jakarta.. It takes turn. Make sure you didn't choose bad timing..
